That’s fine, X. Actually, it has more to do with how I view JMM feels in fighting Pac. I think he likes the challenge. And Manny, would not back down from it. Both fighters are eager to show who’s superior over the other. Might be a little late in their career for it. But I don’t mind.

But all I can say is blame Mayweather and DLH for not getting Pac-JMM III back in 2008. If Money hadn’t “retired” and left DLH without an opponent. The Golden Boy wouldn’t have tried to pick on the lightweight Pacquaio. Money would have beaten up DLH again. JMM likely would have beaten Pac again. And we would have never had all this Mayweather-Pacquaio drama we have today because Money likely would be cleaning out the welterweight division and Team Pacquaio would have never had the balls to go as high up in weight as they have.

Im taking the fight as it is. Marquez taking on the opportunity to fight Pac for the third time. I think JMM would fight Manny, and only Manny, in any weight class. That’s my view on this fight. Its a rivalry for me, nothing more, nothing less. Corrales / Castillo comes to mind. What if Diego fought Luis at a higher weight? Reactions could vary, but if Chico, rest in peace, was up to the challenge, I’m all for it.

David Haye has somehow established himself as a heavyweight, and as a HW champion, prior to fighting Haye.And David has been messing with the brothers for quite a while now. Maybe that’s why it doesnt come as a surprise that people view the HW fight as normal. As compared with MP/JMM fight, it has most to do that Pac doesnt have too much of an opponent thats why he turned to Marquez, but Im not sure on that. What I’m saying is, the welterweight fight was a bit of a surprise. Moreso, Dinamita only has a single fight yet as welter. I hope to see him get more, or at 140 will be fine. People havent grasp the relatively sudden jump in weight for Juan Manuel. But I guess they will in due time. Still, the normal practice in moving up in weight is usually establishing oneself first, maybe a few fights, before taking on the top dog. Still, I dont mind Marquez moving up, specially to fight Pacquiao.
