World Cup 2010: Paraguay vs Spain
Paraguay vs Spain:The time is drawing nigh. Paraguay is in the quarterfinals and there is no stopping them now. Unless of course you are, say, Spain. And, on Saturday, July 3rd, in Johannesburg’s Ellis Park Stadium, either Paraguay or Spain will leave for home, the other headed for the semi-finals.
Paraguay advanced from Group F and then moved on to the quarterfinals after taking in results of 2-0-2. Paraguay has scored 8 goals and only given up 4. In this particular World Cup, that’s an excruciatingly painful truth. The goals just haven’t been flowing for anyone.
Paraguay’s Coach looks really good with this team. The discipline has been certain the bonding and confidence has been the highlight of many matches. The biggest strength for Paraguay comes from those very points as they are defensively a very solid team. The only true weakness to be found by the experts resides in the fact that Paraguay may not be aggressive enough on offense.
